Standard clean

The recurring visit that keeps a home under control. Most clients book every 2 weeks; weekly suits homes with kids, pets or a home office.

Best for: homes that were deep cleaned in the last few months.

Deep clean

A slower, detailed first pass. It takes a team of two about 1.6 times as long as a standard clean, and resets the home so recurring visits stay quick.

Best for: a first visit, spring cleaning or before hosting family.

An empty-home clean built around the walkthrough lists landlords, property managers and HOAs actually use.

Best for: renters chasing a deposit, sellers before listing photos, buyers before the furniture arrives.

Vacation rental turnover

Same-day cleans between guests, timed to your checkout and check-in. Hosts get a photo report and a note on anything damaged or missing.

Best for: Airbnb and VRBO hosts in Sunny Isles, Aventura and the Upper East Side.
