How pricing works

Type of clean
A deep clean takes about 1.6 times a standard one. Move-outs add empty cabinets and appliances.
How often
Homes cleaned often stay easier to clean, so recurring visits cost less each time.
Add-ons
Fixed prices, listed up front. Pick them when you book or text us before a visit.
No contracts. No cancellation fees.
Pause for a summer away or cancel recurring service by text. We only ask for notice by noon the business day before a visit, so your team can fill the slot.
Your first visit is usually a deep clean.
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the last three months, we'll suggest starting with a deep clean. Recurring visits after that stay at the standard price.
